Abstract:
The article is devoted to the development and application of economic and mathematical models for managing
investment projects in the field of public catering based on the use of the feedback principle. The purpose of the work is to describe the practical implementation of optimization of investment control processes in public catering using adaptive optimization methods based on network economic and mathematical modeling. As the objective function of the problem, the value of the time duration for the execution of the investment project as a whole is considered and it is required to minimize it. Using the new recurrent method for optimizing adaptive project control based on network modeling, a technique has been developed, within the framework of which an appropriate network economic and mathematical model is formed, a class of admissible strategies for adaptive control of the process of implementing a specific investment project, taking into account the availability of information about the progress of its implementation. On the basis of admissible strategies, the method of achieving optimal self-adjusting control of the investment project is determined, the optimal execution time and the optimal schedule for the implementation of the project are determined. The practical significance of the study lies in the implementation of a new optimization network economic and mathematical model with the possibility of adaptive control of a specific investment project to update the concept of a public catering enterprise. This makes it possible to adapt the process of managing the implementation of an investment project for a catering enterprise, taking into account the influence of various negative situations (disturbances) and ensures that their possible consequences are minimized. Further development of this direction may be associated with the development of a computer model for optimizing the adaptive control of investment design processes for catering enterprises.
