Abstract:
This article describes the structure and functions of the modules of an intelligent computer Software Complex
designed for modeling and solving of optimal program and adaptive control of the number of personnel and the sales
system of the Bank’s Retail Unit. To describe the dynamics of the main parameters of the states of these controlled
processes, the authors have developed a discrete-time controlled dynamical economic and mathematical system and it’s used for modeling of the investigated business processes. This dynamical system served as the basis for the creating of the intelligent computer software complex. The article presents the main stages of creating the proposed controlled dynamical model in the presence of a vector objective function for the estimation a quality of realizations of the considered banking processes. Using this model and the mathematical formalization of the considered problems of predicting the states of the modeling dynamical system, and of vector optimization of program and adaptive control of the processes under study, the corresponding numerical algorithms have been developed, and which are implemented as stand-alone modules in the Delphi software environment. This article presents the results of computer simulation of the solutions of various options for practical examples, for which the desired optimal solutions were obtained using the developed intelligent computer software complex. There are also graphic illustrations of the results obtained and their analysis is presented. The proposed controlled dynamical model also allows solving other problems of optimizing program and adaptive control of processes that determine the activities of financial organizations and developing appropriate automated information systems to implement support for making managerial decisions.
