Abstract:
The process of digital, information and communication development at the regional level is proceeding at different rates. First of all, in most regions, measures are being implemented to create a favorable environment for interaction between government authorities and enterprises. In addition, measures have been taken to create their own production of software products that are competitive with foreign analogues. In this regard, the issue of measuring the effectiveness of the development of this area, as well as predicting the impact of the activities carried out in the form of growth of the main production indicators, which requires special economic and mathematical tools, as such, can be the use of economic and mathematical modeling, in particular, component analysis to build auxiliary integral indicators that reflect the specialization of regions, digital processes in the industry context using correlation pleiades and the Kemeny median. The urgency of digital transformation, both at the level of an individual business and at the level of entire sectors of the economy and regions, creates a growing interest in the problems and opportunities, risks and benefits that become possible within the digital economy. The paper considers the features of applying the Kemeny Median method to form homogeneous groups of regions based on individual characteristics. In particular, the most significant factors on the basis of the use of digital technologies in the industrial enterprises of the region are identified.
