Реферат: The purpose of the article is to clarify and supplement the theory and methodology for managing integrated and differentiated flows of production resources in value chains. The study hypothesis is the assumption that the objects of management of this type include the desired and perceived values, consumer requirements, as well as products and/or services, phase transitions between which are accompanied by the transformation of material, information, financial and human resources, as well as the creation on their basis of integrated flows characterized by starting, intermediate and ending points, quantity, quality and time (terms and duration). The study methods are the methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, as well as classification, and the tools are binary matrices, which involve the joint use of two or more classification features of the object under study and their dichotomies. Within the study, the following results were obtained, which have signs of scientific novelty: the main phase transitions in the creation of values for the consumer; types of integrated flows by types of components and resources; parameters of material integrated flows; classification of integrated flows according to the types of their parameters and characteristics and their levels. Use of these results in practice will increase consumer loyalty; reduce the loss of lost profits in the value chains; increase the stability of their links and create the necessary prerequisites for improving the competitiveness of these links in markets of various types
