Реферат: The industrial complex with its production, economic, and social con-nections is a complex object for research and modeling. The tasks of managing such structures are complicated by new challenges associated with Industry 5.0, the humanization of technology, and the requirements of sustainable develop-ment. The paper is devoted to the development of an agent-based model for managing the industrial complex of a separate region. Three-level management architecture is proposed, including government authorities at the federal and re-gional levels, as well as the management level of enterprises (united by type of ac-tivity). The model is implemented as a software package for assessing industrial development scenarios and involves expansion in the form of a module for calcu-lating the optimal step-by-step control of the industrial complex. Scenario calcula-tions (detailed by the sector of industrial activity) were based on the proposed scenario of control actions according to the data from a region of the Russian Federation. The model and its software implementation can be used by regional authorities and scientific organizations for model calculations and conceptual as-sessment of the influence of individual control factors. The shortcomings of the model include the limited statistical base in the Russian Federation, which lacks indicators of industry de-velopment humanization.
