Abstract:
In the context of digital transformation of agriculture, effective intercompany interaction is becoming critical for the sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex. This article proposes a methodology for assessing the complementarity of exogenous routines of intercompany interactions in agriculture. The methodology is based on calculating the interaction complementarity indicator for each pair of agricultural organizations, which allows for a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the degree of coincidence of exogenous routines. The integral complementarity indicator reflects the overall level of consistency of exogenous routines in the system of intercompany interactions. The application of the methodology on the example of agricultural organizations of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug demonstrated its effectiveness in optimizing value chains in the context of standardization of exogenous routines. The implementation of the proposed methodology will help reduce transaction costs and increase the efficiency of intercompany interactions in agriculture.
