Реферат: Based on a case study of Sverdlovsk Oblast, this article examines the socioeconomic factors of population migration in municipalities, taking into account the spatial relationship between them. The study analyzes the spatial concentration of migration flows using a combination of autocorrelation and regression modeling methods. The main objectives of the analysis include identifying and studying statistically significant indicators influencing resettlement. Migration flows have a significant impact on the demographic structure of the population, as well as on the state of local and regional labor markets. During the study period from 2010 to 2022, the uneven distribution and increased concentration of migrants in large (by population size) municipalities increased outflow from sparsely populated areas. The study can help in territorial planning.
